Software Developer - IBM DataStage ETL Developer
for an ongoing multiyear project based in
Arlington Heights, IL . Key Requirements:
Very strong experience with IBM DataStage 4+ years of experience in IT and hands-on experience with IBM DataStage 3+ years of UDB experience Understanding DataStage clustering architecture and parallel jobs Experience in combine/sort/aggregate/transform data and creating reusable objects and job templates Efficient scheduling, compiling, and running DataStage jobs 3+ years in UNIX scripting, FTP, and basic network principles Skills in database and data warehouse design, SQL coding, and querying Experience with Control M Scheduling tool and in testing, debugging, troubleshooting Ability to provide onsite support and work effectively in a team Proactive, self-managed, and customer-focused Experience with version 8.5 (Quality Stage/DataStage) and in the Healthcare industry Data modeling and documentation skills, ability to work on multiple projects and interface with cross-border teams Ability to digest functional specifications and write technical, high-level design documents Additional Information:
