What you’ll do:
Serve as a trusted partner to employees and managers, providing day-to-day HR guidance across all stages of the employee lifecycle. Lead onboarding efforts to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization, reinforcing our culture and values from day one. Partner with hiring managers to drive full-cycle recruitment for leadership and non-leadership roles, from job posting through candidate selection and offer management. Provide consultative support to leaders on performance management, coaching, and employee engagement strategies. Manage and support employee relations issues with professionalism, confidentiality, and consistency in alignment with company policies and applicable laws. Contribute to the development, communication, and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives. Analyze HR metrics related to turnover, engagement, training, and performance to inform recommendations and continuous improvement efforts. Facilitate training sessions, team communications, and small group discussions in support of HR initiatives and manager development. Support and track employee development efforts, including goal setting, talent reviews, and succession planning activities. Collaborate cross-functionally with payroll andbenefitsto ensure consistent and timely execution of HR processes. Actively participate in company culture initiatives and employee engagement strategies.
What you’ll bring to the role:
5–7 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist role. High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher in Human Resources or related field preferred. Proficiency in HRIS (UKG a plus!) and applicant tracking systems (LinkedIn Recruiter and JazzHR a plus!) HRCI or SHRM certification preferred but not required. Ability to travel quarterlyto dancker offices in NJ, PA and conferences, as needed. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative and work independently. Ability to actively listen, present ideas clearly, and communicate with impact across all levels. Comfortable facilitating meetings, navigating tough conversations, and building positive rapport. Skilled in time management, prioritization, and working with confidentiality and trust. Demonstrated alignment with dancker’s core values and commitment to fostering a collaborative culture.
