Your Role as a Legal Executive Recruiter As a Legal Executive Recruiter, you will lead the recruitment process, sourcing top-tier candidates and placing them in prestigious law firms and corporate legal departments. Your key responsibilities include: Identifying and engaging top attorney candidates using innovative sourcing methods. Interviewing attorney candidates to assess their marketability and fit for our clients. Networking with attorneys and legal professionals to build a strong pipeline of talented candidates. Maintaining relationships with law firm and corporate clients to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions. Staying updated on market trends and legal industry developments. Extending employment offers and negotiating compensation packages to secure top talent. What We’re Looking For JD required: Your legal background is essential. Desire to transition into a sales/recruiting role: Enthusiasm and motivation are valued. Entrepreneurial mindset: Business acumen and drive to succeed. Prior sales experience: Preferred but not required (e.g., real estate, retail, hospitality, client services, business development). Legal practice experience: Crucial; prior recruiting experience is not necessary. Why Join Us? The base salary for this position is anticipated to be $56,485, with limitless earning potential through uncapped commissions.
