Lido Advisors Lido Advisors is a growing and established wealth management firm seeking an experienced Senior Wealth Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Regional Market Leader, the successful candidate will deliver personalized, comprehensive wealth strategies, build long‑term client relationships, and manage their own book of clients while being supported by the team. The ideal candidate brings expertise in financial planning, tax and estate planning, investment management, and asset allocation, and provides exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive wealth strategies tailored to each client’s goals and objectives. Manage client relationships by anticipating needs, resolving inquiries, and ensuring portfolios remain aligned with financial objectives. Collaborate with portfolio managers and other investment professionals to meet clients’ financial goals. Work with junior team members to onboard new clients and manage existing relationships. Lead the deployment of investments for new client allocations and manage portfolio rebalances. Prepare and conduct regular portfolio review meetings to assess performance and adjust strategies. Proactively seek opportunities to increase client wallet share. Maintain and track all prospect and client engagement in the firm’s CRM. Partner with Senior Wealth Advisors to deliver compelling presentations and assist in converting prospects to clients. Build and cultivate a network of referral sources. Maintain an in‑depth knowledge of Lido Advisors’ products and services and ensure adherence to allocation policies and best practices. Key Qualities & Skills
Proven success in client acquisition and retention, attracting and serving high‑net‑worth clients. Solid understanding of asset allocation, alternative investments, and portfolio management strategies. Passion for delivering tailored financial solutions and exceptional client service. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to develop customized strategies. Independent and results‑oriented with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. High integrity and professionalism, maintaining ethical standards in all client interactions. Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or related field. 7+ years of experience in wealth management or an entrepreneurial environment. Series 65 or equivalent required. 5+ years of current IAR registration preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration with internal teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, Salesforce, and PowerPoint; experience with financial modeling and portfolio management tools is a plus. Why Join Lido Advisors?
