Job Title Senior Full Stack Java Lead, VP
Responsibilities
Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals and define necessary system enhancements for new products and process improvements.
Resolve high-impact problems through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes and system standards.
Provide expertise in application programming, ensuring design adheres to architecture blueprint.
Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
Integrate business areas such as architecture and infrastructure to accomplish business goals.
Provide in-depth analysis and develop innovative solutions.
Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary.
Assess risk when business decisions are made, ensuring compliance with laws, rules, regulations, and Citigroup policies.
Qualifications
6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis.
Extensive experience in system analysis and software application programming.
Senior level experience in an Applications Development role.
Successful management and implementation of projects.
Subject Matter Expert in at least one area of Applications Development.
Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
Clear written and verbal communication.
Technical Skills
Java/J2EE: Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring MVC, Spring Web, Rest API.
Languages: Java 17, JavaScript.
Databases: MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, JPA, Hibernate ORM, PL/SQL.
Web Technologies: React, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, JSON, XML.
DevOps & Cloud: Linux, Maven, Gradle, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, MQ, Kafka, AWS.
Tools: Git/Github, Postman, SOAP UI, IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse, SQL Developer.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Master’s degree preferred.

Full time Salary Range: $125,760.00 - $188,640.00
