Senior Azure Engineer - w2
Location: Houston, TX (60% Onsite) or Jersey City, NJ (60% Onsite)
Base Pay Range: $50.00/yr – $60.00/yr
Role Summary This is a senior-level technical role for an experienced Azure Engineer focused on Azure platform architecture and engineering. The successful candidate will be a hands‑on expert responsible for key cloud infrastructure components, including networking and identity management.
This is a contract opportunity with a strong likelihood of conversion to a full‑time role after six months based on performance.
Responsibilities
Apply hands‑on experience and expertise in Azure platform architecture and engineering.
Work on projects in an Azure platform engineering role for 5+ years.
Utilize core skills in Azure platform architecture, Azure networking, Azure identity and access management, automation & scripting.
Provide hands‑on expertise in Azure platform architecture and engineering.
Act as a core contributor to projects, specializing in Azure networking and identity & access management.
Develop and implement solutions using automation & scripting to enhance platform efficiency.
Ensure the overall security and governance of the Azure environment.

Azure Platform Architecture and Engineering (5+ years hands‑on project experience)
