Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Familiarity with predictive modeling, recommendation systems, and NLP applications for personalization and insights.
Strong grasp of data quality, privacy (GDPR, CCPA), and ethical AI frameworks within marketing and commerce contexts.
Communication: Excels at both written and verbal communication to present ideas clearly, write compelling copy, and build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Project management: Manages project scope, timelines, and budgets efficiently, especially during complex initiatives like a CMS migration.
Analytical and problem‑solving: Demonstrates the ability to break down complex problems and create data‑driven solutions. A consultant must be objective and use research to identify issues and form hypotheses.
