Job Description
Actively support the role of the Conference Services and Catering Managers
Prompt response to client inquiries
Comprehensive management of Delphi
Handle client books and include all required information for file creation and applicable maintenance
Create, complete and update Banquet Event Orders; work with Managers and Clients for event details
Qualifications
Previous experience in a Sales and Catering department is a plus
Computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Delphi
Experience with Opera is plus
Excellent customer service skills
Superior interpersonal skills
Result oriented and highly motivated
Ability to multi‑task and work under pressure
