Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
3-5 years of progressive experience in donor stewardship, fundraising operations, or nonprofit development.
Experience coordinating donor events and initiatives, generating complex fundraising reports and data insights, and building prospect profiles.
Knowledge of donor stewardship practices, donor acknowledgment processes, donor data management; CRM database.
Knowledge of gift entry processes.
Knowledge of integrated fundraising and donor stewardship platforms.
Knowledge of donor giving analytics and stewardship best practices.
Essential Functions
Manage and implement a comprehensive donor stewardship and recognition program.
Oversee donor acknowledgments, emails, pledge reminders, and recognition materials.
Manage donor recognition assets.
Support creation of impact stories, stewardship collaterals, and donor reports.
Maintain accuracy and integrity of Salesforce NPSP donor data.
Generate reports on giving trends, donor retention, and stewardship outcomes.
Track stewardship and operations budgets.
Assist in identifying and researching donor prospects.
