This is a hands‑on role for an attorney who wants meaningful responsibility, direct ownership of litigation strategy, and a seat at the table on major business and regulatory decisions. You will handle a blend of in‑house litigation and outside‑counsel management, work closely with senior leadership, and engage in cutting‑edge issues in real property law across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with General Counsel on all civil litigation affecting the company, including matters handled entirely in-house and those managed with outside counsel.

Develop litigation strategy; draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda; manage discovery; and appear in hearings, trials, and appeals.

Conduct legal research and provide clear actionable analysis on a wide variety of legal and regulatory issues affecting the company.

Draft, negotiate, and manage third‑party contracts and other transactional documents.

Support cross‑functional projects across the business as needed.
