Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to support and execute terminal maintenance and engineering projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution, and monitoring of corrective and preventive maintenance activities, as well as leading construction and automation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
Corrective & Preventive Maintenance
Assess terminal equipment status and implement assigned work orders and checklists.
Perform inspection, calibration, troubleshooting, testing, and repair of electrical, automation, and instrumentation systems to ensure continuous operations.
Execute planned preventive maintenance to enhance system reliability and reduce downtime.
Project Execution & Supervision
Assist in planning, scheduling, and overseeing engineering and construction projects.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost effective delivery.
Monitor job site safety and ensure compliance with company and governmental safety standards.
Manage procurement and material tracking for ongoing projects.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and submit daily job status, inspection, and monthly maintenance activity reports.
Support the preparation of annual maintenance budgets and maintain project documentation.
Track project progress and update schedules, identifying risks or delays and recommending mitigation plans.
Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)
Comply with all corporate EHS policies and governmental regulations.Promote a safety-first culture and ensure accident-free operation across all project and maintenance activities.
Career & Team Development
Participate in departmental meetings, training programs, and cross-functional projects.
Demonstrate leadership, foster team collaboration, and pursue continuous improvement in technical and managerial skills.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Mechatronics, or equivalent)
License:
Must hold a valid Professional Engineering License (PRC or equivalent)
Experience:
Minimum of 1-3 years in project execution, operations, or maintenance engineering
Technical Skills:
Electrical and instrumentation systems
Project scheduling and cost management
Operation supervision and production planning
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication (written and verbal)
Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic work environment
