We are working on behalf of a fast-growing maker of RF/Microwave modules and IMAs (Integrated MW Assemblies), based in the Cincinnati, OH area. They make Power Amplifiers, Up/Down Converters, Receivers, and complex Filters for Defense Communications Systems.
Senior RF Design Engineer – PA Design Focus We are looking for a
Senior RF Design Engineer
who will focus on Power Amplifier (PA) design.
Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and optimization of RF/Microwave power amplifiers for defense applications.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define performance specifications, select components, and validate designs through simulation and testing.
Prepare technical documentation, design reviews, and reports to support product development and certification.
Qualifications
BSEE or higher degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
10–15+ years of experience in RF/Microwave circuit design, preferably with PAs for defense applications.
U.S. Citizen.
