Construction Project Manager / Estimator – Environmental and Remediation Projects
This role leads environmental and remediation construction projects from bid through final completion. You will apply strong estimating skills, field coordination, and a deep understanding of abatement and remediation workflows.
Base Pay Range $85,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Prepare detailed estimates and budgets for abatement, demolition, and mold/lead/asbestos remediation
Plan and manage schedules, crews, subcontractors, and onsite activities
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
Oversee field operations and maintain strong client communication
Track costs, manage change orders, and maintain accurate project documentation
