Responsibilities What You Will Do:
Support workstreams influencing strategic decisions for payer/provider clients, including strategic planning, business model strategy, operating model strategy / design, competitive agility, enterprise transformation, cost reductions, M&A, service line strategy, product strategy, and innovation.
Analyze data and generate insights.
Provide project support and deliverables.
Develop client deliverables.
Engage stakeholders and communicate findings.
Continuously learn and develop skills.
Qualifications Basic Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree.
Minimum of 2+ years consulting experience at a top‐tier or boutique firm (Consultant) or 5+ years consulting/work experience (Senior Consultant).
Track record of creative problem solving, self‐motivation, analytical prowess.
Excellent financial and quantitative analysis skills, including business case development and modeling.
Proficiency in PowerBI, Tableau, and/or Alteryx.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to travel up to 75% and to work remotely as required.
Nice to Have
MBA or MHA (MBA highly preferred).
Experience in the healthcare payer or provider industry.
Healthcare industry affiliations.
Experience in AI, cloud, and/or machine learning.
