Field Service Technician - San Jose, Ca

Ronnoco Coffee, the Midwest's leading supplier of specialty coffee, is looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team in the San Jose, CA area. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair of beverage equipment at customer locations and will have accountability for parts & equipment inventory. The role also includes traveling for a number of out‑of‑state accounts throughout the country and requires frequent travel, including full weeks in different territories as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.

Plumbing and electrical experience preferred.

2+ years of experience in a field service technician and/or route delivery role.

Self‑motivated and able to work independently.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Team player.

Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.

Must pass DOT physical and drug screen.

Must be able to lift 75 lbs. unassisted.

Ability and willingness to travel frequently.
