About the Role We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Accountant to join our fast‑growing team. Reporting to the Finance Director, this position will work closely with cross‑functional teams and external partners to deliver accurate financial results across multiple entities in compliance with US GAAP and IFRS.

You will play a key role in month‑end close, financial reporting, and operational accounting, including Procure‑to‑Pay (PTP) and Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) processes. This is a great opportunity to grow in a dynamic, international semiconductor environment with strong career development potential.

Work Location Mountain View, CA (Hybrid: 3 days on‑site, 2 days remote)

Responsibilities

Prepare and review monthly General Ledger reconciliations for assigned entities, ensuring all balances are accurate and properly documented.

Prepare journal entries, accruals, and reclassifications for month‑end close; ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations; drive improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls.

Review and reconcile company credit card statements and employee expense reports; ensure compliance with company Travel & Expense (T&E) policies. Regularly update policy guidelines, perform expense audits, and proactively flag potential issues to the Finance Director.

Record transactions in the ERP system with accurate cost center allocations.

Process vendor credit applications, request and maintain W‑9 information, and support 1099 reporting.

Provide financial data and documentation to support audits, tax filings, and other corporate reporting requirements.

Support ERP upgrades, integrations, and other finance system enhancements to improve process efficiency and data accuracy.

Perform ad‑hoc accounting and financial tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

5+ years of relevant accounting experience; experience in the semiconductor or technology industry is a plus.

Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, and general accounting principles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (experience with small or mid‑size platforms preferred).

Working knowledge of corporate tax, reconciliations, and reporting structures.

Fluent in English and Mandarin.

CPA or MBA preferred.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and proactive approach.

Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and adaptable to a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
