What You’ll Bring To The Table
Achieve sales quotas for assigned channels and product groups and establish and execute on quarterly and annual key performance metrics
Conduct in‑services and meetings by delivering company‑developed presentations to groups of physicians, hospital administration, and clinicians
Develop and execute annual business plans within the assigned geography. Review quarterly key performance metrics with management to set execution goals for the territory
Assist management with planning for and co‑presenting in team meetings, conference calls, and national and regional trade shows
Monitor national sales vs quota and assist management in identifying areas of opportunity needing focus
Holds self and others accountable to conduct business in a manner compliant with Bioventus’ Code of Compliance and Ethics, policies and procedures, and internal controls applicable to their role.
Education and Experience
4‑year degree with at least 5 years of proven sales experience (delivering against a quota), preferably in the biotech, life science, medical device, or related industry – strong business‑to‑business selling experience
Individual must be results‑focused, self‑motivated, and possess strong interpersonal skills to build effective, lasting relationships among key decision makers
Demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate, problem‑solve, and adapt to a fast‑changing environment with ease
Possess a dedication to teamwork and commitment to patient care excellence.
