The Implementation Specialist II – Staking This role is responsible for the effective implementation, configuration, and launch of Futura Staking products and services for new and existing clients. The incumbent leads customer onboarding, drives workflow alignment, conducts training, and ensures a seamless transition into production.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate and schedule new customer implementation activities, including kickoff meetings, configuration, deployment, and onsite or remote training.
Analyze existing customer workflows and processes; configure the software to align with customer requirements.
Lead onboarding activities such as server/client deployment, system configuration, training, and initial implementation support.
Provide onsite or remote software training for customer teams as needed.
Manage transition from implementation to Product Support, maintaining communication between the customer and internal teams.
Assist Product Support with advanced configuration or troubleshooting when necessary.
Deliver software training for new or existing Meridian Enterprise employees.
Conduct in‑depth beta testing of new software versions; elevate issues to Quality Control.
Collaborate with the Development and Level III teams to provide feedback on product improvements, enhancements, and future features.
Present product demonstrations and new feature walkthroughs remotely, onsite, or at user conferences.
Perform advanced customer project work, including reports and workflow enhancements.
Manage 2–4 simultaneous implementations.
Take initiative in thought leadership, innovation, and creative problem‑solving.
Represent the company at conferences, events, and networking engagements.
Adhere to all Meridian Cooperative policies and procedures.
Travel domestically up to 20% of the time.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
What You’ll Bring
2–4 years of experience in GIS, software implementation, software development, or utility‑related roles.
Proficiency with Esri ArcGIS Server/ArcSDE administration and management of GIS databases in an SDE environment.
Strong relational database skills, including SQL, Microsoft Access, or similar tools.
Expertise with Windows Server, IIS, and configuration of web applications.
Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Strong critical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to learn quickly, retain complex information, and develop solutions across diverse technical scenarios.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and professionally.
High level of customer service, interpersonal skills, and work ethic.
Experience in technical training delivery.
