A national Am Law firm is seeking an experienced Labor and Employment attorney to join its Los Angeles team. This group represents employers in complex wage and hour class actions, PAGA matters, discrimination and retaliation litigation, and high-level workplace investigations. The practice also supports clients with California compliance, policy development, executive agreements and day-to-day counseling across a range of industries.
Senior attorneys in this group take ownership of sophisticated cases, manage client relationships directly and collaborate closely with colleagues across corporate, benefits and litigation teams. The role offers a strong mix of litigation strategy and preventive counseling, with opportunities to shape litigation plans, supervise associates and advise HR leadership teams.
Ideal Candidates Will Have
7–12 years of L&E experience with strong California expertise
Significant background in wage and hour, class, or PAGA matters
Excellent writing, strategy and client-management skills
California Bar in good standing
