What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Lead the implementation of new features and technical improvements across frontend and backend systems

Provide architectural guidance and set engineering standards for the team

Collaborate with product management to clarify requirements and manage technical debt

Mentor engineers and conduct constructive code reviews to enhance engineering quality

Troubleshoot issues across the stack and manage trade‑offs in a delivery‑focused environment

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 7 years of full‑stack engineering experience, with strong expertise in React and Ruby on Rails

Proven experience leading technical decision‑making and guiding architecture in web applications

Strong understanding of API design and frontend‑backend integration patterns

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and may require U.S. citizenship for federal contract compliance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Familiarity with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL

Experience with CI/CD workflows, testing frameworks, and secure coding practices

Strong communication skills, comfortable collaborating with product and design teams

Experience operating in Agile development environments

Ability to break down complex technical work into actionable tasks
