Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Associate Attorney role based in Newport Beach, CA. The Associate Attorney will handle diverse responsibilities including drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, providing legal advice to clients, representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings, with a strong focus on labor and employment law, business litigation, and personal injury matters. Collaboration with the legal team and maintaining a client‑focused approach are essential components of the position.

Qualifications
Strong knowledge of law with experience in Labor and Employment Law.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
JD degree from an accredited law school and active member of the California Bar.
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
Previous experience in business litigation and personal injury law is highly desirable.
