Summary As part of a mission-centric organization, this role leads multiple staff teams to build relationships with constituents and implement innovative fundraising products to exceed revenue goals within a designated market area.

Supervises: Campaign Development Manager(s)
Leads: Volunteers & Committees
Duties and Responsibilities
Mission Integration – Partner with Education Services and Health Research to communicate the organization’s mission, programs, and priorities; organize mission‑centered events and prospect high‑impact donors.
Staff Leadership – Create and implement a strategic plan and ensure the team exceeds revenue goals; hire, manage and train the peer‑to‑peer fundraising team.
Volunteer Leadership – Grow volunteer and corporate relationships; recruit and cultivate high‑level volunteer committees; provide volunteer support.
Innovation in High Impact Fundraising – Achieve fundraising revenue goals; retain and upgrade sponsorships for all products; promote organizational initiatives.
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
7–8 years of related fundraising experience
Position Requirements
Demonstrated track record of fundraising success
Proven ability to develop high‑performing teams
Comfort with detail‑oriented tasks and data analysis
Physical Demands & Work Environment
Minimal physical demands; typical of similar nonprofit roles.
Local travel up to 30% and occasional evenings or weekends.
