Responsibilities
Provides management and oversight for the Counseling & Psychological Services clinical service; Manages and ensures integration and consistency within an established, comprehensive clinical program which includes therapeutic and psychological assessment services; Monitors caseloads and works toward decreased wait times. Directly oversees the Counseling & Psychological Services after hours service. Liaisons and coordinates collaborative treatment team meetings with campus partners (e.g. SSRT, UHS and FSUPD Advisory Board).
Serves as a Senior Management Team Member and is involved in administrative decisions, strategic planning, and the implementation of identified goals and initiatives. Oversees system for support and clerical staff. Assisting in the recruitment, hiring, training, and supervision of a multidisciplinary staff and trainees.
Provides individual, group, couples and crisis counseling to FSU students, consultation to parents, faculty, staff and administrators regarding students of concerns and mental health outreach programming to the FSU campus.
Conducts periodic utilization reviews and quality improvement analyses to ensure effective and timely clinical services delivery for students presenting for services at CAPS.
Provides orientation, supervision, and training of interns, practicum students and staff. Serves as Behavioral Health Consultations coordinator providing training and supervision for psychology residents and management of BHC in eClinicalWorks. Assisting in the recruitment, hiring, training and supervision of a multidisciplinary staff and trainees.

Qualifications
Doctorate in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program and experience in supervision of professional staff in college or university setting
Five or more years of professional experience in clinical and/or counseling setting post licensure.
Must be licensed or license eligible as a psychologist in the State of Florida (in accordance with Chapter490, F.S.)
Experience in supervision of professional staff in college or university setting.
Preferred Qualifications Five years of supervisory leadership experience in university counseling or psychological services, preferably within a large, complex academic institution with a broad scope of student services.
