What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop, configure, and maintain the Salesforce Experience Cloud suite, ensuring integration with Service Cloud for case management
Build custom solutions using Apex, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Design and implement responsive, user-friendly experiences with LWC for Experience Cloud
Ensure high standards of data security and platform integrity, including expertise in SSO and data sharing
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to internal teams on Salesforce Experience Cloud best practices
What is Required (Qualifications)
6+ years of hands‑on experience developing Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions
Expert‑level understanding of the Salesforce Experience Cloud product suite
Proven expertise in Apex, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Strong experience with web development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Familiarity with Salesforce CMS and its content management capabilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working in a SaaS‑based environment
Previous exposure to healthcare, finance, or other regulated industries
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other reporting tools
Familiarity with integration platforms like Boomi or MuleSoft
Salesforce certifications in relevant areas such as Salesforce Platform Developer I or II
