We are seeking a passionate Full Stack Developer with Flutter expertise to join our team and build scalable, impactful technology for the health and wellness space. You are a great candidate if you deeply care about how what you build positively impacts lives.
Key Responsibilities Front-End (Flutter Development)
Build high-quality cross-platform mobile apps with Flutter and Dart.
Ensure responsive and adaptive UI/UX for iOS and Android.
Optimize performance, scalability, and accessibility.
Quality Assurance
Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end testing for front-end and back-end systems.
Debug, profile, and optimize for a seamless user experience.
Deployment & Maintenance
Deploy apps to the App Store and Google Play, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.
Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for both Flutter and server-side builds.
Monitor app performance and server uptime, resolving issues proactively.
Qualifications Required Skills
2+ years of experience in full-stack development, with at least 1 year of experience in Flutter.
Proficiency in Flutter (including Dart and state management frameworks like Provider or Bloc), HTML, CSS.
Experience with back-end frameworks Django in Python and Node.js.
Experience with databases such as Firebase Firestore (NoSQL) or PostgreSQL (SQL).
Strong understanding of API design (RESTful/GraphQL).
Experience deploying and maintaining mobile apps on App Store/Google Play.
Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Firebase).
Nice-to-Have Skills
Familiarity with wearable device APIs (e.g., Apple Health, Google Fit).
Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA).
Previous work on wellness, health-tech, or mindfulness-focused applications.
Experience with payment tools like RevenueCat.
Back-End Development
Develop robust server-side logic using Python Django and Node.js.
Design scalable, secure RESTful and GraphQL APIs for seamless front-end integration.
Manage databases (SQL & NoSQL) to handle user data and AI-driven insights.
Soft Skills
