Marketing Communications Manager
Location: Red Lion, Pennsylvania | Employment Type: Full Time | Reporting To: Marketing Director

About the Role Tate seeks a Marketing Communications Manager to develop and execute communication strategies that align with business objectives, promote thought leadership, and strengthen brand consistency. The role involves managing integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty across digital and traditional channels.
Responsibilities
Assist with executing a cohesive multi‑channel communication strategy aligned with Tate’s strategic goals and North American market priorities.
Manage content development of marketing materials, including brochures, data sheets, presentations, email newsletters, white papers, technical sheets, and other sales collateral.
Oversee the brand’s online presence through dynamic website content, SEO/SEM, digital advertising, blogs, and social media platforms.
Run and analyze lead generation and demand generation initiatives in collaboration with sales, product management, and marketing specialists.
Manage public relations activities such as media outreach, event coordination, case study development, and industry press coverage.
Analyze campaign effectiveness using key metrics and adjust strategies based on performance insights.
Coordinate vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery of campaigns within budget.
Maintain consistent tone, style, and voice across all internal and external communications.
Support internal communications and business unit branding efforts as needed.
Qualifications
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years’ experience working in a fast‑paced, multi‑functional global company.
Proficiency in developing, executing, and measuring demand‑generation programs.
Strong knowledge of content development and SEO/SEM strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills and adept at building relationships across multiple disciplines.
Preferred Skills
Storytelling and messaging expertise.
Strategic campaign management across digital and traditional B2B channels.
Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Hootsuite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEMRush, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Figma, WordPress or Umbraco, Asana.
Additional skills (not required): Power BI, HTML/CSS, CRM integration, marketing attribution models, ERP/DAM systems, B2B customer portals.
