Senior Tax Advisor , you’ll do more than prepare returns. You’ll sharpen your technical expertise, mentor junior staff, and partner with clients to make a real impact.
About the Role As a Senior Tax Advisor, you’ll own your work, your deadlines, and your client results. You’ll be hands‑on with tax compliance and planning, but you’ll also be growing into the role of a trusted advisor.
That means:
Preparing individual, business, and corporate tax returns with accuracy and efficiency
Researching complex tax issues and providing actionable insights
Spotting tax‑saving opportunities for clients
Coaching and supporting junior staff as our firm grows
Building strong client relationships with professionalism and clear communication
Staying ahead of tax law changes and sharing what matters with clients and the team
Who You Are
A proactive, detail‑oriented professional with
3–5 years of tax experience
(public accounting preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field ( CPA preferred )
Strong technical knowledge of federal, state, and local tax compliance
Proficient in CCH Axcess (Wolters Kluwer), Microsoft Office, and tax/accounting software
Excellent communicator who can juggle multiple deadlines without dropping the ball
High integrity, strong work ethic, and commitment to confidentiality
