Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Experience: 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in software testing
Certifications: ISTQB or CSTE certification is a plus
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in manual and automated testing processes
Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar
Familiarity with programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C#
Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.)
Soft Skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to finding solutions
Other Requirements
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle

This role includes a paid training & evaluation period prior to placement. Candidates must complete the training as part of the hiring process.
