About the Practice ENT and Allergy Associates of Texas is a large, multi‑site ENT practice seeking to expand its team of audiologists due to dynamic growth. The practice offers a comprehensive range of services including diagnostic audiology, hearing aid dispensing, and clinical research opportunities.
Salary $80,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year.
Employment Type Both Full‑Time and Part‑Time positions are available.
Responsibilities
Establish rapport with patients, gather history, conduct audiometric testing, counsel patients, and make recommendations for hearing aids.
Perform diagnostic testing and make ear impressions, ear molds, and order instruments.
Program and fit hearing aids, assisting with adjustments, questions, or problems.
Maintain documentation and patient files.
Own assigned schedule to maximize the ability to help patients hear through opportunities.
Support and coach all team members to achieve practice goals and generate opportunities.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Audiology, Au.D. preferred.
Active and current hearing aid dispensing license.
Preferred Skills
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to interact professionally at all times with patients, physicians, and team members.
