$90,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Interior Superintendent - Commercial / Government / Multifamily (DC / MD / VA) A respected, growing General Contractor is looking for an Interior Superintendent to lead commercial, government, and multifamily interior projects. Lead day‑to‑day field operations for interior projects Manage schedules, subcontractors, and materials to keep projects on track Mentor and guide project teams and field staff Ensure safety, quality, and compliance at every stage Communicate clearly with project managers, clients, and teams What We're Looking For 3+ years of interior construction experience (commercial, government, or multifamily) Proven ability to manage schedules and lead teams Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills Proactive, hands‑on, and ready to take initiative What You'll Get
