Job Title
BI Reporting Analyst Location & Schedule
Hybrid – Client located in Mountain View, CA. Monday‑Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM PST. Must be local to Mountain View, CA and work 2‑3 days per week. Job Type
Contract (5‑12 months) W‑2 basis. Responsibilities
Transform data into actionable, relevant insights for stakeholders. Formulate well‑defined requirements for data engineering teams to ensure stakeholders have access to accurate, consistent datasets. Build and maintain dashboards to assess the efficacy of fraud controls while minimizing impact on customers. Equip fraud policy teams with a comprehensive understanding of the ecosystem to recognize opportunities for improvement and optimization. Perform in‑depth exploration and analysis of internal and external data sources. Identify developing patterns of fraudulent activities across the company’s extensive product range. Communicate regularly with leadership, peers, and stakeholders, highlighting achievable goals and measurable business outcomes. Work closely with local and global teams in policy, product, data engineering, data science, and R&D. Qualifications
Significant experience developing visualization solutions in business intelligence tools. Tableau or Qlik Sense experience required; moderate SQL proficiency. Familiarity with data warehouses (Databricks, Redshift, SparkSQL, Athena) and ability to segment and aggregate from scratch. Extensive SQL experience, specifically in current role. Demonstrated ability to manage a high workload and multiple responsibilities within strict deadlines. Proven ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal direction within assigned timelines. Able to express thoughts and ideas in fluent and concise manner. Build, maintain, and communicate detailed reporting, visualization, and dashboards to deliver business insights. Manage a repository of reusable data visualization templates and views. Proactively discover and improve data sources, build pipelines or perform ETL when needed. Gather, clean, consolidate and productionalize large data sets from databases to support dashboards and analytics needs. Perform ad‑hoc analyses as necessary. Must be local to Mountain View, CA and work 2‑3 days per week. Benefits
