Regional Medical Assistant Float

to provide both clinical and front office support across multiple clinics in the region (up to 85% travel). This role includes direct patient care, administering medication, and assisting providers with exams and procedures. You'll report to your home clinics Office Manager and help ensure smooth operations at each assigned location. Key Responsibilities

Room patients, take vitals, and record medical history in EMR Assist with exams, procedures, and in-office testing Administer medications, start IVs, and perform phlebotomy Handle front desk duties: phones, scheduling, check-in/out Maintain inventory and help keep clinic areas clean and stocked Educate patients and assist providers as needed Support onboarding of new team members Travel regularly within the assigned region Qualifications

High school diploma required; Medical Assistant training preferred 1+ year of MA experience CPR and IV certification preferred Phlebotomy and EMR experience preferred Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills Must have reliable transportation Physical Requirements

Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 15 lbs Able to work on your feet for extended periods Compensation & Benefits

* Interview patients to obtain medical information and measure their vital signs, weight, and height. * Clean and sterilize instruments and dispose of contaminated supplies. * Record patients' medical history, vital statistics, or information such as test results in medical records. * Explain treatment procedures, medications, diets, or physicians' instructions to patients. * Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations, keeping the rooms neat and clean. * Collect blood, tissue, or other laboratory specimens, log the specimens, and prepare them for testing. * Show patients to examination rooms and prepare them for the physician. * Help physicians examine and treat patients, handing them instruments or materials or performing such tasks as giving injections or removing sutures.
