We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Solutions Architect with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA to join our ERP Center of Excellence (CoE). This role will play a pivotal part in the implementation of S/4HANA and provide ongoing support and optimization of the platform post go‑live. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional knowledge of finance processes, architectural design capabilities, and a strategic mindset to help shape the future of our ERP landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute the day‑to‑day activities of IT engagements specific to S/4 Finance, including process design, package implementation and lifecycle support, ensuring alignment with business objectives and SAP best practices for a private cloud environment.
Map SAP business processes and design solutions for Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Asset Accounting and Treasury for a greenfield implementation, enforcing fit‑to‑standard and developing disposition strategies.
Define enterprise‑wide finance architecture covering General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Controlling, and Treasury.
Design and implement advanced controlling processes such as cost center accounting, profit center accounting, product costing, and profitability analysis.
Assist with scoping prospective changes and advising business and ERP/IT leadership.
Lead project cutover, go‑live and hyper‑care support activities.
Conduct data management activities: extraction, cleansing, mapping, migration and reconciliation.
Ensure solutions adhere to internal controls, SOX compliance and audit standards.
Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
Maintain configuration and process documentation using tools such as Signavio, SAP Cloud ALM and similar.
Build trust with finance leaders and business process owners, providing thought leadership in financial transformation.
Support change and training initiatives to ensure user adoption.
Mentor and provide technical leadership to SAP project teams, consultants and offshore delivery partners.
Assess SAP S/4HANA Finance related modules and recommend improvements for efficiency and automation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related field.
8+ years of experience in SAP Finance, with at least 3 years in S/4HANA Finance architecture and implementation.
At least two full‑cycle S/4HANA implementations in an architect or lead role.
Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud.
Strong understanding of finance business processes and how they translate into SAP solutions.
Deep knowledge of S/4HANA architectural concepts such as the Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, Lease Accounting and Automated Intercompany Reconciliation (ICMR).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative and evolving environment.
Certifications in SAP, preferably in Financial Accounting and Treasury, are a plus.
Experience with SAP Fiori, Central Finance, Group Reporting and MDG‑MDG is a plus.
Travel: This position may require 30% or more of your time traveling domestically and internationally to Integer manufacturing sites, customer sites, and supplier sites.
Hold a valid passport and secure appropriate visas for international travel as required.
