Expert Recruiter - Tax Senior
Tax Senior position in the Chicagoland Area with a flexible hybrid work environment. Partnered with a large independent full-service accounting and consulting firm with over 100 years of service.
Base Pay Range $85,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Review and prepare first-year senior and experienced senior tax returns for Partnerships (1065), S and C-corps (1120), Individuals (1040), and other client entities.
Handle routine client tax questions, research tax issues, and collect necessary information for tax return completion and compliance.
Assist in tax field exams and any tax notice resolutions.
Recognize and inform senior management of opportunities to increase level and types of services to clients.
Assist with training and developing staff and interns.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
Eligible to sit (with 150 credit hours) or working towards obtaining CPA.
2+ years of experience in public accounting industry at a mid-market firm.
