Our client is a growing multi-billion‑dollar investment platform that is expanding their finance and operations team as they prepare to launch additional investment vehicles within their core strategy. The firm is seeking a hands‑on fund accounting professional who will work closely with senior leadership on a lean, high‑impact team. This position offers broad exposure across public and private markets, fund launches, operational infrastructure, and cross‑functional initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Review and oversee administrator‑delivered NAV packages, fee calculations, allocations, monthly reporting, and all reconciliations across cash, positions, valuations, and performance. Ensure accuracy of fund expenses, accruals, and capital activity. Public Markets Support:

Review daily trades, positions, and P&L; work with the trading desk to resolve breaks; monitor exposures, derivatives, financing, and prime broker activity; support month‑end close and internal reporting. Audit, Reporting & Controls:

Assist with annual audits, quarterly financial reporting, compliance filings, investor reporting, and regulatory documentation while maintaining strong internal controls and valuation policies. Operations & Process Improvement:

Enhance systems, workflows, and reconciliation processes across public and private markets; collaborate with operations, investment, trading, and compliance teams; identify automation opportunities and participate in firmwide strategic projects. Qualifications

3–7 years of experience in hedge fund operations, fund accounting, fund administration, or Big 4 asset management audit. Strong understanding of fund structures (master‑feeder, parallel funds, SPVs, co‑investment vehicles). Experience with fund launches or supporting multiple investment vehicles preferred. Exposure to hybrid / crossover strategies (public + private) is a plus. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable operating in a lean, fast‑paced environment. Strong Excel skills and a comfort with systems, data, and process design. Seniority level
