Join our team as a Senior Manager in the Experiences Acquisition team, focused on acquiring high-quality experiences in the Americas, driving growth and sustaining Airbnb's Experiences business.

The Difference You Will Make As Senior Manager, AMER Acquisition – Experiences, you will lead the acquisition of experiences across assigned cities, managing a multidisciplinary team, developing partnerships, and driving growth through innovation and resourceful tactics.
A Typical Day
Represent your region & team – track, develop & present wins, blockers to stakeholders.
Industry awareness & trend spotting – build leads lists, source new experiences.
Sales & acquisition leadership – pitch value proposition, manage leads, own portfolio.
Optimization & retention – coach hosts, meet KPIs.
Communication & collaboration – provide updates, solve problems.
Tracking & reporting – develop systems, ensure data hygiene, report trends.
Quality & brand alignment – meet quality bar for offers.
Your Expertise
15+ years overseeing talent partnerships, sales/acquisition, account management or similar.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience managing small to mid-sized regional teams.
Deep knowledge of local travel, entertainment, pop culture, food & beverage trends.
Strategic trend spotting and quality assessment.
Innovative problem‑solving and proactive new opportunity capitalisation.
Cross‑functional delivery, trust building with creative, technical, business teams.
Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and organizational systems (Airtable).
Account‑based results orientation – KPI delivery.
Ambiguity resilience, self‑starter mindset.
Your Location Must be based in San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, or Miami.
