SVP Investor Reporting

Accounting and Finance focused headhunter Our client, a private investment firm, is seeking a seasoned finance leader to oversee fund financial operations across open-end, fund-of-funds, and perpetual vehicles. This role partners closely with Portfolio Management and Investor Relations to deliver accurate reporting, drive process improvements, and support investor communications. This role will have a bonus of up to 120%.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee fund administrators and ensure timely NAVs, capital accounts, and financials

Lead quarterly investor reporting and ad hoc requests

Manage audits, K-1s, capital statements, and GAAP compliance

Drive automation and reporting efficiency using tools like Workiva, Juniper Square, and Yardi

Maintain governance, controls, and data integrity

Serve as senior liaison to auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders

Lead and mentor a high-performing team

Ideal Candidate

7+ years in fund accounting or investor reporting (PE or fund-of-funds preferred)

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Experience with institutional investor reporting and audit coordination

Advanced Excel; familiarity with Workiva, Juniper Square, Yardi a plus

Real estate private equity experience preferred
