Sr. Manager of Global Business Process Improvement
to join our
Financial Services team
in
Cypress, CA . The Global Business Process Improvement Manager will be responsible for driving transformative, cross-regional initiatives that optimize processes and accelerate the company's strategic goals. Acting as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, this role ensures seamless alignment, transparent communication, and disciplined execution and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and scalability on time and within scope.
What you’ll be doing: Business Process Assessment & Design:
Liaise with local and global teams to evaluate existing processes across regions for efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
Redesign workflows to align with global standards while accommodating local regulatory requirements.
Strategic Alignment:
Ensure all process improvement initiatives support the global financial services objectives and regional business strategies.
Translate strategic goals into actionable process remediation plans.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Engage stakeholders at all organizational levels—from executives to operational teams.
Moderate and facilitate work groups to obtain relevant inputs for improving the business processes.
Opportunity Identification
Analyze end-to-end processes to uncover inefficiencies, control gaps, and streamlining opportunities.
When applicable, use data-driven insights to prioritize high-impact improvements.
Change Management & Cultural Adaptation
Develop strategies to manage organizational change across different cultures and regions.
Promote a continuous collaborative improvement mindset globally.
Governance & Continuous Improvement
Assess business units' governance structures for process ownership and accountability.
Liaise with lines of defense to drive ongoing reviews and refinements to maintain process relevance and efficiency.
What you’ll need to be successful:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Process Reengineering, or related field. MBA preferred.
15+ years of experience with at least 10 years of experience in process mapping and assessment, including global or cross-regional initiatives.
Proven track record of working directly with executive leadership and managing senior stakeholder expectations.
Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in a matrixed, multicultural environment.
Ability to assess financial statements and basic financial ratios.
Frequent international travel required.
