What The Day Will Look Like Aon Risk Services Companies, Inc. seeks a Global Director of Transformation Solutions reporting to headquarters in Chicago, Illinois to provide data and analytics consulting. Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives focused on AI, data, and technology strategy for insurance, healthcare, and financial services. Architect and implement enterprise-level transformation solutions that align with business objectives and enable scalable modernization across functions. Deliver end-to-end advisory support during merger and acquisition events, including capability assessments, integration planning, and execution of post‑merger transformation initiatives.
Analyze and organize data using AI/ML concepts, including large language models (LLMs), document intelligence, and intelligent automation. Lead multi-phase transformation programs that modernize legacy systems, digitize workflows, and elevate analytics maturity across the enterprise. Coordinate strategy, data, technology, and change management workstreams to deliver holistic transformation outcomes at scale.
Design structured frameworks including readiness assessments and gap analysis. Analyze and organize data using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms, including Azure, AWS, and GCP. Develop integrated roadmaps that combine AI, data strategy, technology modernization, and talent realignment to accelerate business impact. Develop and implement analytical models and strategies that support data science operations. Establish KPIs and success metrics to monitor the business value delivered through transformation programs, enabling course correction and continuous improvement. May travel to various and unanticipated worksites throughout the United States up to 30% of time. Telecommuting available 5 days a week.
Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field plus five progressive years of data science experience. Must have at least five years of experience in each of the following:
Leading cross-functional transformation initiatives focused on AI, data, and technology strategy for insurance, healthcare, and financial services.
Delivering end-to-end advisory support during merger and acquisition events, including capability assessments, integration planning, and execution of post‑merger transformation initiatives.
Analyzing and organizing data using AI/ML concepts, including large language models (LLMs), document intelligence, and intelligent automation.
Designing structured frameworks including readiness assessments and gap analysis.
Analyzing and organizing data using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms, including Azure, AWS, and GCP.
Developing integrated roadmaps that combine AI, data strategy, technology modernization, and talent realignment.

Salary Range The salary range for this position is $142,210 - $245,300 annually.
