What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide analysis and counsel on global labor and employment issues including recruitment, hiring, and company policies
Draft, negotiate, and review executive employment contracts and HR-related agreements
Conduct training for HR and business partners on labor and employment best practices
Manage outside counsel on employment litigation matters
Monitor and analyze changes to employment-related laws and regulations to ensure compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) and Juris Doctor or equivalent from an accredited law school
Minimum of five years of related experience in both a law firm and corporate setting
Current license in any US State Bar as an attorney qualified to practice law
Strong knowledge of labor and employment-related statutes and regulations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with HR-related compliance initiatives and legal support for global workforces
Familiarity with employment-related litigation and dispute resolution processes
Background in drafting and reviewing complex employment agreements
