Agillitics helps organizations implement Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Supply Chain Optimization tools tailored to their unique needs. The goal is to enable smarter operations and better results through strong data strategies and effective solutions.
We are expanding and enhancing our supply chain analytics platform and are looking for a Senior Data Architect / Snowflake Data Engineer to help design scalable data models and build Snowflake-native solutions that support our customer-facing data products. This role is ideal for someone who loves modeling, understands modern cloud data practices, and enjoys making data usable, reliable, and analytics‑ready.
What You’ll Do
Design scalable, domain‑driven data models for supply chain and operational data
Architect conceptual, logical, and physical models for analytics consumption
Build Snowflake structures, SQL transformations, and ELT frameworks
Develop and maintain dbt pipelines used for modeling and automation
Implement ingestion strategies including incremental patterns and CDC
Optimize performance, warehouse usage, cost, and data quality
Work across engineering, analytics, and product teams to deliver well‑modeled data assets
Must Have
Strong experience in Data Architecture & Data Modeling
Hands‑on Snowflake engineering experience in production
dbt experience required (production projects)
High proficiency in SQL & performance tuning
Experience designing dimensional and normalized models
Experience building ELT/ETL workflows and pipelines
Strong Plus
Experience running dbt inside Snowflake environments
Supply chain or logistics data familiarity (WMS/TMS/OMS/Inventory/Orders/etc.)
