SPG Therapy & Education is currently hiring Speech-Language Pathologists for school-based positions for the 2025-2026 School Year. Founded and run by clinicians, SPG is dedicated to helping kids and empowering real change in the lives of children and families.
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
CFs welcome. Salary: $84,000-$120,000 based on school year calendar.

Job Responsibilities Conduct ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services. Conduct appropriate assessments, writing comprehensive evaluation reports. Consult and collaborate with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team regarding service delivery. Target modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills. Maintain daily therapy logs, data collection, attendance registers. IEPs: Writing goals in support of curricular standards. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current CA SLP license/credential or eligibility. Fingerprint background clearance. Tuberculosis (TB) clearance.
