We are seeking a highly skilled
NetSuite Implementation Consultant
to lead end-to-end delivery of NetSuite ERP solutions across finance, accounting, operations, and related business functions. This role is responsible for requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live optimization. The ideal candidate has strong business process knowledge and hands-on NetSuite experience customizing workflows, scripts, and integrations. Expected assignment duration is 2-6 months.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle
NetSuite implementations , including discovery, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
Conduct detailed
business process reviews
and translate requirements into scalable NetSuite configurations.
Configure core NetSuite modules, including:
Financials (GL, AP, AR)
Order-to-Cash / Procure-to-Pay
Inventory / Warehouse Management
Project Management
Revenue Recognition
(preferred)
Develop and customize
saved searches, reports, dashboards, KPIs , workflows, and SuiteFlow automation.
Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to ensure successful functional and technical solution delivery.
Support
SuiteScript -based customizations (SuiteScript 1.0/2.0), coordinate with developers as needed.
Manage system integrations with third-party applications (e.g., CRM, e-commerce, billing, data platforms).
Lead
UAT cycles , troubleshoot issues, and ensure clean data migration and system cutover.
Provide
post-go-live support , optimization, and user training.
Maintain detailed project documentation and follow best practices for change management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
2+ years
of experience implementing or administering
NetSuite ERP .
Experience with NetSuite configuration across financial and operational modules.
Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes:
Accounting, FP&A, supply chain, inventory, order management, billing, revenue recognition, and operations.
Hands-on experience with:
SuiteFlow
(workflows)
Dashboards, saved searches, reporting
CSV imports / data migration
SuiteScript
(preferred; not required for functional roles)
Prior experience in a client-facing consulting role strongly preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
NetSuite
ERP Consultant Certification
or Administrator Certification.
Experience in multi-entity/global environment implementations.
Exposure to API-based integrations using
REST/SOAP .
Experience with
financial close ,
inventory optimization , or
professional services automation
(PSA).
