Orange County
team. Why This Role Stands Out: Hybrid Flexibility: Work from home or the Aliso Viejo office Clear Partnership Path: Non-equity partner track available Top-Tier Team: Join a collaborative, well-supported group Bonus + Commission: Earn more for bringing in business What You’ll Do: Handle landlord-tenant disputes and eviction cases (unlawful detainer) from intake to trial Navigate complex regulatory issues including rent control and foreclosure statutes Manage a caseload independently while working closely with a supportive team Optional work in real estate litigation or transactional law Maintain direct client contact and represent clients in court Ideal Candidates: Confident associate litigators with a passion for landlord-tenant law Attorneys with experience in unlawful detainer, lender defense, or real estate litigation Professionals who work well independently and enjoy a collegial environment California Bar members in good standing Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: $130,000 – $160,000 Total Potential Income: Up to $200,000 with bonuses and commissions Health, Dental, Vision Insurance 401(k) with 4% Match Paid Holidays, Sick Leave, and Vacation Accrual Non-Equity Partnership Opportunity Work Location Based in Aliso Viejo (or San Rafael, for NorCal candidates) Hybrid or in-office arrangement based on your preference We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
