Oversee work planning, including machinery needs, personnel requirements, road closures, and progress updates. Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and local, state, and federal regulations. **Who You Are: A Profile of Success** 5-7 years of experience in heavy civil construction, with a focus on infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, and tunnels. Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
