Position Summary: We're looking for a compassionate and friendly
Client Service Representative (CSR)
to join our supportive team at All Pets Animal Hospital, where we treat every pet like family. As the first point of contact, you'll help create a positive experience for our clients and their pets. Our hospital is known for its caring team, strong community ties, and commitment to excellent service. Key Responsibilities: Greet clients and pets warmly and professionally in person and by phone. Schedule appointments, manage the hospital calendar, and confirm appointments. Check patients in and out, accurately update client and patient records. Process payments and provide invoices or treatment estimates. Answer client inquiries regarding services, products, and general pet care. Communicate clearly with veterinary staff to support smooth patient flow. Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized front desk and lobby area. Handle client concerns with empathy and escalate when needed. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and inventory support. Fill patient prescriptions Occasionally assist the medical team with animal handling or basic support when needed. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. Prior experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer service setting is highly desirable. Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working around animals and handling pet-related concerns. Proficient in computers and common office software; experience with veterinary software a plus. Team-oriented mindset with a flexible and positive attitude. Physical Requirements:
Lift 40lbs if needed. Comfortable siting or standing for long periods of time ( standing desk available) Benefits:
