Position Overview
Physician, Hematology & Medical Oncology – Waco, TX
Baylor Scott & White Health’s McClinton Cancer Center (150 Hillcrest Medical Blvd, Waco, TX 76712). The position offers an employed career with a generous benefits package, competitive salary, productivity bonus, moving allowance, and no state income tax.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive care to 15‑20 patients daily.
Work office hours 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday–Friday.
Collaborate with referring physicians, surgeons, and inpatient teams.
Utilize on‑site lab, pharmacy, infusion, and radiation oncology services.
Participate in clinical trials and research initiatives.
Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient care.
Qualifications
Medical doctor with a Doctorate Degree in Medicine.
Board certified in Hematology & Medical Oncology (American Board of Medical Specialties or Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists).
Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Texas.
Recent fellowship graduates are especially encouraged to apply.
