About Hightouch
Hightouch is the modern AI platform for marketing and growth teams. Our AI agents reimagine marketing workflows, allowing marketers to create content, plan campaigns, and execute strategies with transformational velocity and performance.
About Hightouch
Hightouch is a rare company built on the intersection of LLMs and agentic AI, and the rapid adoption of cloud data warehouses like Snowflake and Databricks. Building on these tailwinds, we’ve become a leader in AI marketing and partner with industry leaders such as Domino’s, Chime, Spotify, Ramp, Whoop, Grammarly, and over 1000 others. Our team focuses on making a meaningful impact for our customers. We approach challenges with first-principles thinking, move quickly and efficiently, and treat each other with compassion and kindness. We look for team members who are strong communicators, have a growth mindset, and are motivated and persistent in achieving our goals.
About the Role The Web Engineering team owns our public website (hightouch.com), which is the face of our company and brand and one of the most important ways that customers and prospects learn about Hightouch. We’re looking for a talented senior web engineer who is passionate about crafting exceptional experiences and cares deeply about the story that we tell customers. As Hightouch continues to scale rapidly, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how we position and promote our new product offerings, including cutting edge advancements in marketing AI and ML.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, scoping, and implementation of marketing website projects such as new feature pages, blog revamps, and more
Integrate CMS-powered interfaces (we use Sanity) that allow marketers to update content independently
Build and maintain our design system to ensure we can continue to build with high velocity and high standards for UX
Develop engaging animations that enhance product storytelling using technologies such as Motion and GSAP
Exercise strong design judgment and attention to detail to ensure that every aspect of our site reinforces our brand identity
About You
5+ years of experience in software/web engineering, ideally with strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, CSS, and Next.js
Demonstrated ability to build production-ready web applications in a fast-paced environment
Excellent design taste and obsessive attention to detail
Proven experience with code-based animations (e.g., using Motion or GSAP) or experience collaborating with contractors on creative implementations
Ability to work autonomously, lead and coach other engineers, and collaborate effectively with marketing, design, and data teams
Deep understanding of SEO principles and best practices, especially around performance, accessibility, and search optimization
We are looking for talented, intellectually curious, and motivated individuals who are interested in tackling the problems above. This is a senior role, but we focus on impact and potential for growth more than years of experience. The salary range for this position is $170,000 - $220,000 USD per year, which is location independent in accordance with our remote‑first policy. We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, and offer early exercise and a 10 year post‑termination exercise window.
Interview Process
