What You’ll Do

30 Day:

Become deeply familiar with the Vapi platform and business.

Identify where real users get stuck and where enterprise deals stall in legal purgatory.

Write a brief outlining the problem and opportunity for your segment.

Align Engineering, Design, and GTM into a cohesive and effective shipping machine.

60 Day:

Translate your vision into a crisp strategy—no 157‑page novel.

Ship one high‑leverage improvement that visibly boosts adoption, engagement, or retention.

Own and execute on a 12‑month rolling roadmap with measurable success metrics.

Turn data into knowledge; analyze failures to understand why they happened.

90 Day:

Deliver a step‑function improvement in a core metric for your initial customer segment.

Make that segment feel boringly excellent: fewer fire drills, more compounding wins.

Raise the bar across Vapi by demonstrating clarity, speed, honesty, and customer empathy, helping turn Vapi into a customer‑led product‑rich organization.

Who You Are

You think fast is better than slow and know the difference between “move fast” and “set money on fire.”

You enjoy iterating from user pain → crisp spec → shipped product → slight missteps → mods → roughly right.

You debate timing, not value, with high competence and low ego.

You speak fluent API and fluently navigate the enterprise landscape.

You like regular meetings with Karl the Fog in our San Francisco office.
