Position: Release Manager Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid) Salary Range $72,000.00 ‑ $82,000.00 per year
Role Summary & Team Purpose The purpose of this team is to design, develop, and implement cutting‑edge cloud solutions. This role is central to the product lifecycle, focusing on leading the Go‑to‑Market strategy for new features in the Cloud and AI space. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high‑paced, start‑up culture and drive cross‑functional activities to ensure the successful delivery of complex cloud software.
Key Responsibilities & Typical Day
Lead the Flight Program: Oversee the Pilot and Private Preview stages for new cloud products or features, managing scope, participants, and feedback collection.
Client Interface: Serve as a technical point of contact for clients from project initiation through delivery, addressing technical and subject‑matter inquiries.
Documentation: Create functional specifications, requirements, and scope documents that serve as the decision‑making tool for product implementation.
Status Management: Provide and present comprehensive program/project schedules and status reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
Minimum 3‑4 years experience with release management, ADO.
Minimum 3‑4 years experience with Microsoft Office suite and Teams.
Minimum 3‑4 years of reporting: status report, pilot report, data management.
